Nutritional coaches have the information and experience to guide you toward your weight loss goals. Your coach will evaluate your needs and devise an individualized plan for you to use.

High Intensity Workouts Built for All Fitness Levels!
People of all ages, abilities, and fitness levels can benefit from taking our classes. They provide an intense workout but require no special skills. That means that even if you’ve never been a fitness buff, you can jump right into our classes and start seeing results right away.
Because our classes are all about motivation, it’s important to learn from an experienced instructor who knows how hard to push you.
Great workout place. There is a variety of exercises in every class to keep you on your toes. The small class size allows for a semi personalized trainer experience and people in the class are a blast. Each one of us goes there to work on its own, but the team spirit to push each other to complete each workout and camaraderie is great too.
TRIBE is a fantastic program. Each class is easily adjusted to meet the needs of each individual, so someone like me (who rarely exercised before, and hates the gym) isn't left struggling to keep up, but the more active tribe members are not held back. Every one of us works to our limits, all at the same time. With the very small class sizes you get personal attention to what you need, and a close group of friends to bond with. It's the perfect balance of personal trainer and workout group. As someone who has never been fond of exercise, I find myself looking forward to going each day, and I highly suggest others try it as well.
Tribe with Damien is awesome! I love that we never do the same workout twice. He pushes you just the right amount, and is great about modifying the workout if you have an injury. I definitely feel stronger and would highly recommend trying Tribe with Damien!

Yes, you can. You should be prepared to do what your body is capable of and build up to the high intensity of experienced members. Before you know it, you’ll be keeping up with the class.
You don’t need any special equipment to do our classes, but we do recommend that you wear loose-fitting athletic attire and a good pair of sneakers. Running sneakers or cross-training sneakers are ideal. You should bring a water bottle. You may want to bring along a post-workout change of clothes as well.
There’s no short answer to this one since our classes are intended to build real-world fitness. You should expect a combination of high-intensity cardio and strength training. In most of our classes, we use bodyweight to build muscle. Our instructors vary their workouts because doing the same thing can make your body complacent. Be prepared for new challenges in every class!
Results vary from person to person, but in our experience, most people see results very quickly with our classes. Regular cardio workouts quickly increase your fitness level and help you to build stamina. Many of our students feel dramatically better after just a few classes.
Yes! Our classes burn a ton of calories – and the calorie-burning benefits continue after the class is over. We can’t predict how much weight you’ll lose, but we can tell you that combining our classes with a healthy diet is a great way to lose weight and get in shape.
There are different schools of thought about working out. Some of our members like to work out on an empty stomach while others eat a little something before coming. Some common pre-workout snacks include hard-boiled eggs, protein shakes or bars, and fruit. You should make sure to get some protein after you work out, as well.
Yes, you can. We do recommend talking to the instructor to get help modifying exercises where it’s necessary. And of course, you should also check with your doctor or physical therapist before signing up for our classes.
