This has been so good for me. I’ve struggled to find something that fits in with my kiddos schedules while not having to sacrifice our time together as a family. Damien has been fantastic & you really get that personal training experience within the context of a small group work out. I’ve had several injuries in the past, but Damien is great on explaining proper technique & modifications.
Tribe with Damien is awesome! I love that we never do the same workout twice. He pushes you just the right amount, and is great about modifying the workout if you have an injury. I definitely feel stronger and would highly recommend trying Tribe with Damien!
TRIBE is a fantastic program. Each class is easily adjusted to meet the needs of each individual, so someone like me (who rarely exercised before, and hates the gym) isn’t left struggling to keep up, but the more active tribe members are not held back. Every one of us works to our limits, all at the same time. With the very small class sizes you get personal attention to what you need, and a close group of friends to bond with. It’s the perfect balance of personal trainer and workout group. As someone who has never been fond of exercise, I find myself looking forward to going each day, and I highly suggest others try it as well.

As a 69 year old, I thought this could be too much for me not so! Damien and Mary always find a modified version for me and never make me feel defeated!

I love Tribe. It is a very welcome and fun place to workout. Everyone is super nice and the workouts are hard and make you stronger. Tribe has helped me lose weight and help me with my goals of getting stronger. At tribe it’s like a family it’s a good way to start off the morning and getting in a workout. It’s a fast 30 minutes but you will for sure be dripping in sweat snd sore the next day! I am so glad I found tribe.
Best decision I’ve ever made!!!! I have tried so many different places- I’ve done yoga, personal training, zumba, etc and nothing compares to Tribe. Not only do you get awesome workouts that push every level, but the environment is inclusive. Even on day 1, I felt welcomed. Damien and his team are awesome at helping you achieve your goals and they modify exercises for you if needed. Im not one who loves to workout, but the more I go to Tribe, the more I love it. This is changing my life and I’m forever grateful.

After working out at home for years, I felt like I was in a fitness rut. I was looking for something new, but didn’t want a large gym. Tribe has been the best thing for me since I started in September of 2021. I love the small group classes. Everyday brings something new in combinations of strength and cardio. I love that I am in and out in 30 minutes with early morning schedule options. During the fitness challenge I was a part of in October they also helped with nutrition and overall tips to a healthy lifestyle. Thanks to Tribe and my hard work inside and outside of the gym, I am feeling stronger and better than I have in a long time !
