TRIBE Fitness group personal training classes have been so fun and motivating! It has been great to get my workout done early and in only 30 minutes. The daily variety makes it fun, you never know what you are going to be doing, and it is always a really good challenge! My strength has definitely improved in a short amount of time.

I have been working out with Tribe for almost two years now. I love the people and the trainers. I really like the shorter workouts, it is manageable in my already chaotic schedule. It has changed my whole outlook! After a morning workout, I can conquer anything. Damien changes it up on a daily basis making it fun and challenging!

I recently joined Tribe Fitness and am beyond happy that I did! I don’t necessarily enjoy working out and after having 4 babies in 4 years, I was very nervous about joining a gym. I have felt so welcomed at Tribe and the trainers have been extremely helpful explaining everything and correcting my form. A 30 minute workout is the perfect way to get my day started. Overall, I’m extremely happy to have joined Tribe Fitness!!!

I was leery of only a 30 minute workout. But i love how efficient the classes are run. The trainers make sure you get the most of every minute. It is an excellent workout, that by the end I know I’ve spent all my energy.

I started at Tribe Fitness almost 4 months ago now, after having my second baby. The welcoming and motivating team has made it a breeze showing up for myself and getting in the morning workouts. Coach Damien helped me set goals once I got into a routine, now in 11 weeks I have exceeded my original weight loss goal and fitting in to clothes I wasn’t sure I was ever going to fit into again after having 2 kids. I have really enjoyed my time at Tribe Fitness, which is an odd thing to say about working out at 6:00 in the morning. The classes are always different and go by quickly, and they are challenging in a way that doesn’t feel like you are being tortured. Most importantly, the instructors foster a positive, encouraging and welcoming environment for everyone. I highly recommend this place!

Tribe has been amazing! I love that the workout is 30 minutes and the class times work for my schedule. I feel stronger and healthier. I'm about to start my third month with tribe and I have absolutely loved it so far. The community is great and the workouts have helped me get back into to shape. They are very challening and I have accomplished more than I thought I was capable of. I love that they offer a 5:15am class which helps me get out the door at 7am for work. I haven't found many fitness classes that start that early. I would recommend tribe to anyone not matter your age.

I have NEVER been able to stick to a workout routine/gym (and I’ve tried them all). I absolutely love Tribe! My daily workouts are now part of my regular routine, and I have rarely missed a day in the last year. Damien is an incredible trainer, and he takes a very personalized approach with everyone. I love the 30-minute workouts that are different each day. I’m stronger, leaner and feel amazing thanks to Tribe! Also - they’ve done such a great job throughout the pandemic. Whether you attend in person or virtually, I can’t recommend Tribe enough!

I love Tribe. It is a very welcome and fun place to workout. Everyone is super nice and the workouts are hard and make you stronger. Tribe has helped me lose weight and help me with my goals of getting stronger. At tribe it’s like a family it’s a good way to start off the morning and getting in a workout. It’s a fast 30 minutes but you will for sure be dripping in sweat snd sore the next day! I am so glad I found tribe.

After working out at home for years, I felt like I was in a fitness rut. I was looking for something new, but didn’t want a large gym. Tribe has been the best thing for me since I started in September of 2021. I love the small group classes. Everyday brings something new in combinations of strength and cardio. I love that I am in and out in 30 minutes with early morning schedule options. During the fitness challenge I was a part of in October they also helped with nutrition and overall tips to a healthy lifestyle. Thanks to Tribe and my hard work inside and outside of the gym, I am feeling stronger and better than I have in a long time !

Best decision I’ve ever made!!!! I have tried so many different places- I’ve done yoga, personal training, zumba, etc and nothing compares to Tribe. Not only do you get awesome workouts that push every level, but the environment is inclusive. Even on day 1, I felt welcomed. Damien and his team are awesome at helping you achieve your goals and they modify exercises for you if needed. Im not one who loves to workout, but the more I go to Tribe, the more I love it. My husband and I did our first Tribe workout this morning and WOW! I’m an avid runner who’s trying to get back in shape after baby #3 and the class totally kicked my butt! It was a great full body workout and Damien is a fantastic coach. He clearly explains the workout, demonstrates proper form and gives great feedback and gives individualized helpful encouragement and attention throughout the workout. If you need any modifications, he’s right there on top of it to help you out and tailor the exercise to you and your skill level. It’s a great intense workout to start your day with!

TRIBE is a fantastic program. Each class is easily adjusted to meet the needs of each individual, so someone like me (who rarely exercised before, and hates the gym) isn't left struggling to keep up, but the more active tribe members are not held back. Every one of us works to our limits, all at the same time. With the very small class sizes you get personal attention to what you need, and a close group of friends to bond with. It's the perfect balance of personal trainer and workout group. As someone who has never been fond of exercise, I find myself looking forward to going each day, and I highly suggest others try it as well.

Tribe with Damien is awesome! I love that we never do the same workout twice. He pushes you just the right amount, and is great about modifying the workout if you have an injury. I definitely feel stronger and would highly recommend trying Tribe with Damien!

Great workout place. There is a variety of exercises in every class to keep you on your toes. The small class size allows for a semi personalized trainer experience and people in the class are a blast. Each one of us goes there to work on its own, but the team spirit to push each other to complete each workout and camaraderie is great too.

This has been so good for me. I’ve struggled to find something that fits in with my kiddos schedules while not having to sacrifice our time together as a family. Damien has been fantastic & you really get that personal training experience within the context of a small group work out. I’ve had several injuries in the past, but Damien is great on explaining proper technique & modifications.
